Ketelbasis links wapenschild met Hollandse leeuw met sabel en pijlenbundel, ketelbasis rechts wapenschild met staande leeuw. Ketelnaden met kam afgestreken. Hiel weerszijden bijmerk Gouds wapenschild met letter s. |

| Latere versie vanwege de toevoeging van de letter "S" boven het Goudse wapenschildje. Een variant met iets andere blaadjes langs de wapenschilden aan de ketelbasis draagt het hielmerk 20 gekroond. |
