Description:

Tobacco pipe made of clay with funnel shaped bowl, heel and long straight stem. Bowl opening milling. Bowl stroke burnished. Stem over the first part decorated with a band with crossed cogs with wheel imprints in the diamond fields a standing oval stamp with coat of arms, followed over the full length by incisions alternating clockwise and anticlockwise, both in cutting and cog wheel imprint.

Uitkomst Friederich formule 42.22.18=16.632 1748 C3FF
Diameters van het rookkanaal bij de verschillende breuken bedragen (van ketel naar mondstuk) 3,3, 3, 3,3, 3,8, 4,3 (sic) en 3,4. In de beerput was dit de enige zeventiende eeuwse pijp (Vgl. APM 10.407a).
