Description :

Printing block of red copper on wood for a pipe makers mark with rectangular shape with printed corners and swiveling sides with oval centered against shaded background in which the pipe makers mark 90 uncrowned (sic) with the inscription "GC VAN DER WANT TE GOUDA" held by turned away halfwomen, crowned above Gouds coat of arms with "PERASPERA ADASTRA" and flanked by tufts of pipes, lower half showing napkin work hemmed with acanthus leaves and centrally under a mask head. Side of the printing block embossed number "27".
