Sigarenzakje van papier staand bedrukt in zwarte inkt met op de voorzijde centraal een schuin geplaatst anker met touw, erboven in boogvorm "O. VAN ELSELO" eronder "IN SIGAREN BAKKERSWAREN WIJN BIER LIKEUREN EN STERKEDRANKEN" en onderlangs "HINDELOOPEN.". Keerzijde langs de plakrand adres "LITH. V. M.L. WOLFF MEPPEL".
