Tabakspijp van klei met trechtervorm ketel, spoor en rechte steel. Filtgroef. Ketel links in reliëf naar rechts gewende staande leeuw, ketel rechts naar links gewende leeuw. Spoor links vormmerk ster, spoor rechts vormmerk halve maan.
