Sigarenzakje van papier staand bedrukt in paarse inkt bovenaan "TABAK- EN SIGARENMAGAZIJN" en tussen twee lijnen "J.C.C. HENDRICHS", midden in laurierkrans een rokende man in colbert met vest en strik rook uitblazend, in zijn linkerhand een brandende sigaar, onderaan "SPECIALITEIT IN SIGARETTEN, DOEZASTRAAT NO. 7 LEIDEN TELEFOON NO. 757". Keerzijde liggend bedrukt in rechthoekige stippelijst "ROOKT "HENDRICHS" SIGAREN TELEFOON 757", overlangs rechts staande rechthoekige band versierd met geometrische art deco ornamenten, buiten de lijst links tekstschild met drukkerssignatuur "M.A. CATS - GOUDA".
