Tabakspijp van klei met figurale ketel, zonder hiel en oplopende steel met manchet. Ketel hoofd man met kort kroeshaar onder een hoed met smalle rand en gladde band. Steelovergang geplooid kraagje. Steel links bij manchet modelnummer "475". Persvorm in drie delen. Oorspronkelijk bruingebrand rieten roer met knik.
