| Persvorm van messing in twee delen voor tabakspijp met zware billiard ketel, zonder hiel en dikke steel met afgeplat roer en knoop. Onversierd. Steel links lint met ingeknipte uiteinden met "GOAL". Kroon vier gaten voor stuurpennen. Vormhecht vijf ijzeren sluitpennen. Vormkast ketel ingeslagen modelnummer "613/2" met bijgeplaatst gegraveerd letter "R" voor rood. Steelkast onderzijde ingeslagen jaartal "1922". |
